Being overweight or obese can increase your risk of prostate cancer and other serious diseases. According to research, men should have a BMI (Body Mass Index) of 30, otherwise the risk of prostate cancer may increase. Maintaining the right weight becomes even more important after the age of 50, because during this time the metabolism slows down and people gain weight.
The most common misconception about exercise is that it is done only to lose weight. For a healthy life, it is necessary for everyone to work out daily. By exercising, you can reduce the risk of prostate cancer, heart disease and such chronic diseases. Exercise is also important to maintain the right balance of your weight and calories. Make sure to workout daily for at least 30 minutes.
quit smoking and drinking
Excessive smoking and drinking can be harmful to your health. So if you are also used to these things, then it is better to leave it. Both things weaken your immune function, which can make you fall ill more easily. You can still consume alcohol once a week, but you need to quit smoking completely.
