According to the instructions issued by the Swargate Police Station, Raj Thackeray’s speech should not insult any community and should not create hatred among the people. According to a release issued by the police, “The following guidelines should be followed by the organizers of the MNS rally.

The participants of the rally should not give a speech that insults any community or creates tension between the communities. The citizens participating in the rally should follow self-discipline. The organizers should ensure that the people participating in the rally do not raise aggressive slogans.” The police also said that keeping in mind the capacity of the auditorium, the number of people coming to the rally should be limited.

Also, the norms set by the Supreme Court related to noise should be completely followed. It has been said in the letter of the police that no person will take weapons in this rally to be held at Ganesh Kala Krida Manch here.
