CM Gehlot said that different types of problems can be solved easily in a time bound manner by establishing a dialogue between the government and the employees.

After implementing the old pension scheme after the formation of the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh, now the discussion about it is in full swing in Rajasthan as well. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has said that the state government is firm on its decision to restore the old pension scheme (OPS). He said that the employees are an integral part of the state government and the employees have an important role in taking the benefits of public welfare schemes run by the government to the last mile.
CM Gehlot addressed the pre-budget dialogue with the representatives of the employee organizations in the Government Secretariat. According to the official statement, the Chief Minister said that unprecedented decisions have been taken by the state government in the last four years in the welfare of the employees. He said that keeping in view the future security of the employees, we re-implemented the Old Pension Scheme (OPS) from a humanitarian point of view. With the implementation of OPS, the employees will be free from worrying about the future and will be able to work with responsibility.
State government adamant on OPS decision: Gehlot
Accordingly, Gehlot said that the state government is adamant on the decision of the OPS. He said that the employees work as an important link in the effective implementation of the schemes till the lower level and our government is continuously working in the interest of the state employees.
‘There should be dialogue between the government and the employees’
Gehlot said that there should be constant communication between the government and the employees. When the employees go on strike, the concept of good governance of the government is affected and there is unnecessary delay in the work of the common man. He said that different types of problems can be easily resolved in a time bound manner by establishing dialogue.
The Chief Minister said that the employees’ organizations can make the upcoming budget inclusive and public welfare through their important suggestions. The state government is taking suggestions from representatives of all sections for the budget.
