The teaser of Ranbir Kapoor’s most awaited film Shamshera has been released. In this film, he will be seen in a larger than life character. Recently, in an interview, Ranbir got emotional and said that if he was a father, he would definitely give his reaction after watching my film. It has been two years since Rishi Kapoor’s death but son Ranbir and wife Neetu always remember him.

Papa must still be proud
In the interview, Ranbir recalled his father and said, had he been alive, he would have been very happy to see me in Shamshera. Papa always criticizes films honestly. If he liked a film, then he used to speak well, but if he did not like something, he used to deny it outright. This is what he always used to do with my work. He was my true critic. That is why it is very sad for me that he will not watch my film this time.

Talking about the film, Ranbir said that I am very excited about Shamshera and happy that I am getting to do such kind of film in my career. I hope Papa feels proud to see me wherever he is.

The film will release on July 22
He is entering films after 4 years with the film Shamshera. Prior to this, he was seen in the 2018 release Sanju. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in the role of a dacoit in Shamshera. The film has also been named after his character. In this, Sanjay Dutt will once again be seen in the character of Villain. He is in the character of Shuddh Singh, an English cop. Shamshera is directed by Karan Malhotra. The film will be released in cinemas on 22 July 2022.
