Madhya Pradesh has built a strong position in the Ranji Trophy final on the back of the innings of Yash Dubey and Shubham Sharma.
Madhya Pradesh were seen as an underdog in the Ranji Trophy final against 41-time champions Mumbai but the Aditya Srivastava-led side has truly shown that they deserve to play the final. In the title match, he has managed to put pressure on the team led by Prithivi Shaw. In the first innings, Mumbai was seen taking this match (Mumbai vs Madhya Pradesh) towards itself but the bowlers of Madhya Pradesh continued to take wickets at regular intervals. In the end, Mumbai’s team was all out for 374 runs, in which Sarfaraz Khan scored a century of 134 runs.
In response to this, the team of Madhya Pradesh is currently batting brilliantly. Yash Dubey and Shubham Sharma have both got their feet on the crease. Dubey also completed his century on the third day of the game and as soon as he hit the century he celebrated it in the style of KL Rahul.

Yash Dubey completed his century in the 75th over of Madhya Pradesh. With this, the team of MP is seen going into a comfortable position against Mumbai in the final match of Ranji Trophy. This match is being played at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore.
At the same time, Shubham Sharma is also close to his century. By lunch, Madhya Pradesh has scored 228 runs for the loss of one wicket and they are trailing by 146 runs from Mumbai. Dubey and Sharma are present at the crease after scoring an unbeaten 101 and 88 respectively.
Tushar Deshpande has taken the only wicket of Himanshu Mantri for Mumbai. Earlier, Mumbai’s team had scored 374 runs and Gaurav Yadav of Madhya Pradesh took four wickets.
