Imran Khan Arrest News: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has got relief from the Islamabad High Court. In the Toshakhana case, the Islamabad High Court suspended his non-bailable warrant amid the sword of arrest hanging over him. Earlier, the Additional District and Sessions Court had ordered to arrest Imran Khan by March 18 and produce him in the court.

Against this order, Imran Khan filed a petition in the High Court. Hearing on which the court has given him relief and suspended the warrant. However, in the Toshakhana case, the former prime minister has been given a chance to appear before the trial court. Let me tell you, these days there is an uproar in Pakistan regarding the arrest of Imran Khan.

At the same time, after the warrant was suspended, Imran Khan said that I am ready to make every sacrifice for the development, interests and democracy of Pakistan. I am ready to talk to anyone in the interest of the country.

Imran Khan did not appear on many hearings

On the other hand, before this, the Islamabad police had reached his Lahore residence this week to arrest Imran Khan. It may be known that in the Toshakhana case, a sessions court in Islamabad had issued a non-bailable warrant against Imran Khan. In fact, Imran Khan was not present in many of the proceedings in the Toshakhana case. In such a situation, the court had asked him to appear, on which the police had reached to arrest him.

Imran Khan told supporters – continue the struggle

During this, Imran Khan had told his supporters that if I am killed while in jail, then you will have to prove that you will continue the struggle even without Imran Khan and will not accept the slavery of any one person.

Explain that in the Toshakhan case, Imran Khan is accused of collecting money by selling gifts received from abroad and hiding his property. Actually, according to the law of Pakistan, the gifts received from foreign leaders have to be deposited in the government treasury of Pakistan. The government treasury itself is called Toshakhana. But Imran Khan did not follow these rules.
