Republic Day 2023: Today, on the occasion of 74th Republic Day, the country is colored in the tricolor. One can see the glory of the country from the ground to the sky. 74th Republic Day is being celebrated across the country with great pride and respect. On this special occasion, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat (RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat) unfurled the tricolor in Jaipur, Rajasthan. He said that it is our resolve that we will make our country a country of knowledgeable, selfless and hard working people. These are not the people of any other country, we are what we are, we have to become like that.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat participated in the 74th Republic Day celebrations at Keshav Vidyapeeth, Jamdoli in Jaipur. He said, ‘If we remember the period after August 15, 1947 till January 26, 1950, it becomes clear to us what we have to do. We hoist the tricolor with enthusiasm and self-respect on both these days. Our destination lies in that flag only. We have to make India big in the world as India.

The Sangh chief said, ‘Saffron color is at the top of the tricolor. Saffron color is a symbol of our eternal life because we have a tradition of renunciation, because of being colored in the light of knowledge, we are called India, it is a tradition of knowledge, the color that comes with the rising sun, which makes man Inspires to be active in work. Saffron color is a symbolic description of knowledge, sacrifice and hard work. Mohan Bhagwat further said,
Activity, sacrifice and knowledge can remain in a person, but he needs some direction. If there is no direction, knowledge is fatal. Knowledge becomes the cause of controversy. Power causes the weak to suffer. That’s why for one whose direction is certain, the color white is the symbol of absolute purity. It is the second color of our tricolor. On the other hand, green color is the symbol of Lakshmi ji of prosperity, this is our duty and this is what we have to become.
Addressing the program in Jaipur, Mohan Bhagwat said, ‘While inaugurating the constitution, Baba Saheb Ambedkar gave two speeches in the Parliament, on this day everyone should read them once in full. He told what are our duties. He has told that now there is no slavery in the country, there is no traditional slavery either. Mohan Bhagwat said,
We should treat ourselves equally. We also have to respect freedom. We have to keep in mind that if we are free then other people are also free.
