At a petrol pump near Bhiwani Chungi in Rohtak district of Haryana, a salesman was robbed at gunpoint in the early hours of today. Two masked miscreants riding bikes carried out this incident. The case has been reported to police. As soon as the information was received, the Shivaji Colony police station reached the spot and inspected the spot. Along with this, on the basis of the complaint of the victim salesman, a case was registered against unknown miscreants under other sections including robbery, Arms Act. The police have not got the CCTV footage from the petrol pump, due to which the footage of the adjoining Dharmakanta is being scrutinised.
The incident happened at 6:10 am
In the complaint given to the police, Deepak, a resident of Amrit Colony, told that he works as a salesman at the Virendra Feeling Station in Bhiwani Chungi for about a year. Deepak was on duty at the petrol pump along with his companions Navdeep and Paramjeet at around 6 am on Thursday. Around 6:10 pm, two masked miscreants riding an HD deluxe bike came there. The miscreants took petrol worth Rs 200 and gave Rs 500 note. Navdeep asked him open money citing lack of cash. Then a miscreant pointed a pistol at his chest. The miscreants looted 10270 rupees. The miscreants fled from there after threatening to kill them.

It is worth mentioning that in the past also several incidents of robbery at petrol pumps have taken place in the district. In which the accused of many incidents have not been caught yet. Apart from this, recently the accused fled from there after filling the tank of the car from a petrol pump on Bhiwani road itself.
