In the case of encroachment of Kharkai river at Kadma end of Adityapur Tail Bridge, Executive Engineer of Subarnarekha Project Kumar Arvind has sent notice to JUSCA (Tata Steel UISL). On the orders of Chief Engineer PN Singh, orders have been sent to remove the encroachment within 15 days in the notice sent to Dhananjay Mishra, Senior GM of Juske. Registering a case for not removing the encroachment has also warned of legal action. Chief Engineer PN Singh said – The team constituted to investigate the matter found – Juske has encroached upon the river beds and slopes. He rejected Juske’s plea for planting soil by filling the river bank.
EE Kumar Arvind told- Notice has been sent to Juske’s senior GM through e-mail. Its original copy has been sent from the registry. If the encroachment is not removed within the stipulated time, a case will be registered against Juska. Fines will also be levied. He has also sent a letter to DC Suraj Kumar urging him to remove the encroachments done by Juska at the earliest.
