Shakti Arora is one of the famous artists of the small screen. He has won the hearts of the audience with his acting in Kundali Bhagya serial. He was associated with the show nine months ago, but now Shakti Arora has left Kundali Bhagya. He has taken this decision because of his character. Shakti Arora is 28 years old. In such a situation, he was being asked to play the role of an elderly father. Due to which Shakti Arora has distanced herself from Kundali Bhagya serial.
Shakti Arora talked to the English website Hindustan Times about leaving the show. During this, he said, ‘I did not want to play the role of a father at the age of 28. Where there is a difference of only 4-5 years in our age, I should call him son. This is one of the main reasons for leaving the show. Not only this, Shakti Arora has also revealed that he was not happy playing the second lead actor in Kundali Bhagya as he was once its lead actor.
Shakti Arora said, ‘You lose the center stage. Till the time I was in the show, the whole story was revolving around me. I was playing the character of Karan and Arjun (Karan Luthra and Arjun Suryavanshi). It was good and exciting for me as an actor. It was fun working because it is difficult to get such good work in television. But as soon as I came to know that the center stage will be given to someone else, I said ‘Okay, I will walk out peacefully and let other people take control of the show.’
The actor further said, ‘I will stay till the end of the show provided you keep me of my age. You can’t suddenly make a 30-year-old look like an 80-year-old. I have done such roles. Earlier I used to roll like this. So, I don’t want to go down a level. I want to move ahead where I get to play more important roles which are message giving, life changing, thrilling. I would like to explore genres that I haven’t tried yet. Apart from this, Shakti Arora has also talked about other things.
