Smart City started survey: 25 km of land transferred for package four of Munger-Mirzachaki Fairlane; Trees will be removed for construction between Kahalgaon to Rasalpur to Mirzachaiki

On Tuesday, the project director of NHAI and the senior manager of the construction agency arrived to meet the DM in connection with the construction of Munger-Mirzachaki Fairlane. During this, package-4 was asked to start construction between Rasalpur in Kahalgaon to Mirzachaiki. Forest clearance has also been obtained for this. Now trees will be removed from those areas. It was told that about 25 kilometer land has been transferred for this and five kilometer land will be done in this week. Work is to be done on package four in about 36 kilometer land.

DM asked to start work in package four. DM Subrata Kumar Sen said that till now Rs 450 crore compensation has been paid. Approval of land of three villages has not come from Jharkhand side. After approval, initiative will be taken in this direction. At the same time, he said that in the case of a deceased arbitrator, the ryot will have to submit a successor certificate from the civil court.

This will make it clear to whom the compensation amount is to be paid for that land. If the amount of compensation is 50 lakhs or more, then the heir certificate will be obtained from the civil court and if the amount is less than that, then the certificate will be obtained from the district land acquisition office itself.

Smart City started survey for widening of roads

Smart City CGM Sandeep Kumar conducted a survey with his team regarding the widening of the city’s roads. In which Tilkamanjhi Chowk and surrounding areas were inspected on Tuesday, so that encroachment could be made free before widening the road. Information is being collected about where and what can hinder the widening. After this a report will be prepared and given to the Municipal Commissioner. After removing the encroachment, the work of road widening will start there. Please inform that DM Subrata Kumar Sen had also instructed to do where the roads could be widened.

Bhelanath flyover – land measurement completed till Trimurti Chowk

After four days, once again the measurement of land has started for the construction of Bhalanath flyover. On Tuesday, the land was measured on the side of Trimurti Chowk. During this the measurement of land from Bhalenath underpass to Trimurti Chowk was completed. There was about 70 meters of land left. Simultaneously, 300 meters of land was measured on the side of the dictionary. During this, the next part of the house was found on government land. Now the measurement will be done on the side of Ishaqchak on Wednesday.
