Jagran Correspondent, Bhagalpur: The controversy in the PG Batni Department of Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University (TMBU) is not taking its name to stop. In-charge Vice Chancellor Prof. Prof. Hanuman Prasad Pandey has taken it seriously. On the complaint of the students, the vice-chancellor in-charge has snatched the power from the head to forward the form. Its responsibility has been given to Dean Science Dr. Prabhat Kumar Rai. Its notification has been issued by Registrar Dr. Niranjan Prasad Yadav on Monday. In the notification issued on the instructions of the Vice-Chancellor in charge, the work of the head of PG Botany has been described as irresponsible. With this, Dean Science is instructed that he will forward the examination form of the students of PG Semester I (Session: 2020-22) and PG Semester Four (2018-20). They have been authorized for this. In fact, the students had made a written complaint against the head to the vice-chancellor in charge of the university and other officials. In which it was said that the head is dragging those people into departmental politics. With this they arbitrarily pressurize to write in their favor. The decision has been taken on this complaint itself. Apart from this, the university administration has called for a reply from the head in the whole matter. He has been asked to present his side within 24 hours. So that all the situations can be cleared. In this matter, Registrar Dr. Niranjan Prasad Yadav said that the letter has been issued according to the instructions received by the Vice-Chancellor in charge in the PG distribution case. He said that the instruction was received only on the complaint of the students. At the same time, Dean Science said that the notification issued on the instructions of the Vice-Chancellor in-charge has been received. Accordingly, he will forward the form. Efforts were made to contact Head Dr. Singh regarding the reply-call and instructions to forward the form, but his mobile was continuously getting busy.
