The Army Chief, along with Northern Army Commander Lt Gen Upendra Dwivedi and Chinar Corps Commander Lt Gen ADS Aujla, is taking stock of the security situation and formations along the Line of Control in North Kashmir, a Defense Ministry statement said. Pandey was briefed about the security situation and operational preparedness. “The Army Chief, while interacting with the commanders, laid special emphasis on vigilance along the Line of Control,” the statement said.
