  • To get rid of stomach cold, take saffron, shilajit, honey and water, you will get relief from stomach cold. To use it, boil water in a pan and boil it by adding saffron, shilajit. Filter the boiled water and add honey to it and consume it twice a day. Consuming it two to three times a day will give you relief from stomach cold.
