A major accident happened in Agra this morning. The fire broke out at around 4 am in the chemical factory located at Water Works in Hariparvat police station area here. Seeing the flames rising, the neighbors informed the fire department. This area is residential. People came out of the houses in panic. Police also reached the spot. Ten fire tenders have been pressed into service to douse the flames, but the blaze is yet to be brought under control. According to the information, this factory is in a street, which was closed for a long time. There were chemicals in it. The chemical fire is not extinguished. Nearby two shoe factories have been evacuated. No loss of life or property is reported. Relief and rescue work is going on.

459 flats of 3 towers of Supertech Cape Town sealed in Noida

The authority has taken major action in Sector-74 Supertech Cape Town Society in Noida. Here the authority has sealed 450 under construction plots in three towers of the builder for non-payment of IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security Charge) of the society. All these flats are being built in 3 towers. Apart from this, the main gate of these towers has also been closed and sealed.

According to sources, Supertech Cape Town has IFMS dues of around Rs 50 crore. The builder has to transfer this amount to the AOA. The builder did not transfer this amount even after several meetings and warnings.

What’s the matter?
Let us tell you, on 28 June 2020, the High Court had said that this area authority comes under the Judiciary area. That is why it will be the responsibility of the Noida Authority itself. On 27 August 2020, the CEO instructs the builder to handover the IFMS fund and Common Area and Society AOA by 1 September. Against this the builder appealed in the civil court and brought a stay from there.
