In fact, the Odisha Higher Education Department has planned to provide free coaching and guidance to the candidates aspiring to appear in the Civil Services Examination conducted by the UPSC. However, this year only 200 candidates will be given free coaching. Odisha Higher Education Department’s Joint Secretary Dhirendra Nath Kar said that the General Manager of OCAC has been instructed to develop a new module for UPSC Civil Services Coaching Enrollment under SAMS portal.
