According to the police, Kailash had three sons, of whom Pooja’s husband was the youngest. His elder son also lives in Chhapia Umrao village, while the other son cooks food for Barhalganj police station.
According to the locals, since Pooja’s husband died shortly after their marriage, she has no children and Kailash’s wife passed away 12 years ago. He told that for the last few months some people were showing interest in marrying Pooja, but Kailash himself proposed marriage to her, after which both of them went to a temple and got married.
