Now VHP (Vishva Hindu Parishad) has also opened a front against the administration and the state government over the violence over the flag in Kawardha city of Chhattisgarh. The VHP has protested the incident by taking out Aakrosh rallies in different districts of the state and demanded the release of those arrested. VHP has accused the administration and the state government of taking unilateral action regarding this entire matter.

VHP has taken out anger rallies in some other districts including Korba, Rajnandgaon, Jagdalpur, Dhamtari in protest against the incident. In this episode, a large number of workers had gathered in the Chhattisgarh School of Bilaspur. During this, the officials said that the riots created by the people of a particular sect in Kawardha should be strongly condemned. The role of police and administration was shameful. In the name of action, a crime has been registered against innocent people. The leaders also expressed deep displeasure about the role of the state government and said that Chhattisgarh will not be allowed to become Kerala or Punjab.

Administration stopped the rally in Bilaspur

Here, in view of the performance of the VHP, the administration had made tight security arrangements. A large number of police forces were deployed in the Chhattisgarh school that had gathered for the rally, demonstration. Due to which the workers kept on protesting only for about 3 hours and the rally could not be taken out. At the same time, workers in Korba, Dhamtari and Jagdalpur have protested by taking out rallies. In Korba, Dhamtari and Jagdalpur also a large number of activists had joined.

There was a scuffle with the police in Rajnandgaon

Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal took out in Rajnandgaon. During this, the workers got into a scuffle with the police. The workers continued to raise slogans. The police did not give permission to take out the rally here too. Despite this, Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal took out a rally from Mahavir Chowk.

BJP MP Arun Saw was also present in the demonstration in Bilaspur.

Appeasement politics will not work

At the same time, during the protest in Bilaspur, VHP’s Provincial Vice President Dr. Lalit Makhija said that permission should have been given to take out the rally. Because in a democracy we have the right to protest under the constitution. With this strategy of governance, the appeasement politics of the government is being understood by the general public. But the politics of appeasement will not work. Politics will run according to religion, not politics of religion.

Controversy arose because of this

On October 3, a dispute started over the installation of the flag in the Lohara Naka Chowk area of ​​Ward No. 27. Some youths put up their flag at the crossroads. Regarding this matter, youths of two groups came down on the road with sticks and sticks. beat each other. There was stone pelting. A young man was beaten up by a mob in front of the eyes of the police. 8 people were injured in the fight.

Case registered against one thousand people

In this case, the police has registered an FIR against about 1000 people who created unrest. Out of these, 93 accused are named. 7 separate FIRs have been registered in the whole case. The accused are being identified from the video footage and photos. A case has also been registered against BJP leaders in this case. Rajnandgaon MP Santosh Pandey, Raman Singh’s son, former MP Abhishek Singh, former MLA Motiram Chandravanshi, Ashok Sahu, State Minister Vijay Sharma, District President Anil Singh, BJYMO district president Piyush Thakur, VHP district chief Nandlal Chandrakar along with Kailash Chandravanshi, Rajendra Chandravanshi, Panna Chandravanshi , Umang Pandey, Rahul Chaurasia, Bhuneshwar Chandrakar.

104 people arrested

So far, 104 people have been arrested by the police in this case. Out of which about 70 accused have been lodged in Durg jail. On Monday, former Chief Minister Raman Singh had also gone to Durg to meet these accused. On Monday also 11 accused have been arrested in this case.
