Father’s taunt changed Shubman Gill’s style
During a conversation with Rahul Dravid, it was revealed that Shubman Gill’s father was not happy about his short innings. He used to taunt Gill by saying that for how long will it rain and when will we see the rain of runs.
Now the situation is that Shubman Gill is raining runs in every match. Meanwhile, the stylish right-handed opener jokingly told coach Dravid that his father would still not be happy.
Shubman Gill further said that he did not think that he would get a chance to play in the playing XI in ODIs immediately after Ishaan Kishan’s double century. For this, he thanked head coach Rahul Dravid and captain Rohit Sharma for showing faith in him.
