Reiterating his support for India and the Kashmiri Hindu community, Bob Blackman recalled how Pakistan had invaded Kashmir until Maharaja Hari Singh decided to accede to India. He added that “an effort must be made to remove the widespread ignorance of this truth in Britain and the world”.

Speaking in the program, another Member of the Parliament of Britain said that just as we should not forget about the holocaust, in the same way we should not forget this massacre.
