Delhi’s Patiala House Court acquits all four people in the case of construction of mosque in Palwal with terrorist funding

New Delhi:

Delhi’s Patiala House Court has acquitted the four accused in the case of construction of a mosque with terrorist funding. Four people were arrested in this case, but the court acquitted all of them saying that there was no evidence against them. When Mohammad Hussain Molani, 42, a resident of Nagaur, Rajasthan, came out of Rohini jail after being in jail for three years, the happiness of his family was being seen. Molani’s elder brother hugged him and cried. Molani was arrested by the NIA from Jaipur airport on January 21, 2019, when he was returning from Dubai. He was accused of investing money given by terrorists in a mosque being built in Palwal. When Mohammad Hussain Molani reached his house, the whole family jumped with joy.

In fact, three years ago, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) had claimed that a mosque in Palwal is being built with terror funding and its money is coming directly from Pakistan. Terrorists are trying to create disturbances by activating their sleeper cells in India on the pretext of building a mosque. Four people were arrested in this case, the court acquitted all of them saying that there is no evidence against them.

The NIA had arrested Mohammad Salman, Mohammad Salim, Arif Ghulam Bashir and Mohammad Hussain Molani in this case. It was claimed in the court that some messages have been received from Mohammad Salman’s mobile, in which words like ‘Ghee’ and ‘Khidmat’ are there. The NIA termed ‘ghee’ as ‘explosive’ and ‘Khidmat’ as ‘terror training’. The court said that these words have many meanings, so the meaning of these words is not acceptable to the NIA. On the basis of these words, no one can be linked to the terror link and the court acquitted all the four people.

The NIA had claimed in the court that the Pakistani terrorist organization Falah-e-Insaniyat Foundation was giving money to build a mosque in Palwal. However, the court said that there is no evidence for this.

According to the family of Mohammad Hussain, he works as a clothing and travel agency. He donated 1.20 lakh rupees for the construction of the mosque. Mohammad Hussain is a resident of Nagaur, Rajasthan. He has two small children. In the last three years, his business also collapsed and his family is also going through a difficult situation. In three years, Molani did not get bail or parole. For the past six months, his family could not even meet him in jail. The other three people acquitted along with Molani also have a similar story.
