In order to lose weight fast, many people compromise on nutrition. It is very important to take a high protein diet for weight loss, so that you get the necessary nutrition. It not only helps in reducing appetite, but also prevents overeating. Eggs, fish and chicken contain high protein, but if you are a vegetarian and want to take a high protein diet, then you can include these foods in your diet.

Here Are The Protein Rich Foods List:

1. Paneer Bhurji

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and fry till it turns light brown. Add ginger, garlic, green capsicum, coriander and cumin powder along with turmeric. Add tomato puree and mix well. Crumble the paneer and put it in the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add salt as per taste and your paneer bhurji is ready to eat.

2. Black gram salad

Soak black gram in water for 8 hours or overnight. Put soaked gram and little salt in a pressure cooker and let it cook till 3-4 whistles on medium flame. Drain off excess water and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped green chilies and curry leaves. Fry a little and put boiled gram in it. Add grated carrot, cucumber, lemon and salt and mix well. Put some green coriander over it and serve.

3. Sprouts Khichdi

For Sprouts Khichdi, heat oil or ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds and let it splutter. Then add grated ginger-chilli paste along with curry leaves. Fry for a few seconds and add onions. Fry for a minute and then add all the spices. Mix properly and add vegetables. After this add moong and wheat. Add little water as per the consistency you want. Sprinkle salt as per taste and cook till two whistles come. Remove the lid after the pressure is over. Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot.

4. Oats Dosa

Put half a cup of oats in a blender and blend till a fine powder is formed. Take it out in a bowl and add salt, cumin, rice flour and fine rava to it. Then add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, grated ginger and garlic and chopped green chillies. Add curd and some water and make a batter by mixing all the ingredients together. Heat a tawa and carefully pour the dosa batter. Sprinkle some oil and reduce the flame. Cook the dosa till it turns golden brown and fold it. Serve oats dosa with green and coconut chutney.
